Cook frog legs are very simple and very delicious.
ReplyDeleteCrispy Fried Frog Legs
2 to 2 1 / 2 pounds small frog legs
1 / 3 cup lemon juice
Crushed ice
Milk 1 / 3 cup
2 eggs - separated
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
All 2 cups flour
Vegetable oil for frying
Wash frog legs. Place in a large bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and crushed ice to cover. Refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg yolk and 2 teaspoons of oil. Beat the egg whites until stiff, sometimes to mix the milk and egg yolks. Sprinkle frog legs with sauce, salt and pepper on each egg and milk mixture, dredge, then in flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan to 375 degrees. Fry frog legs until they are golden brown. If you remove the frog legs transfer absorbent paper.
Serves 4 to to 6.
I had a co-ed baby shower. My mother has kebabs. (Bbqed meat and vegetables on a stick)
ReplyDeleteMy aunt has some of the men coleslaw, potatoes, salad. I filled a few eggs, and bought my mother, muffins.
Of course we had beer and soda ... lol
Everybody loves pasta. Baked ziti, bread, salad, and is as simple as a main dish. A tray or vegetable dip for chips and snacks. For dessert, a cake will receive the sheet is the best.
